The architecture firm proposes to convert the Dutch polders - former "icons" of that country's food production - into a Landscape Supermarket. Tea, vegetable and seed oil, coffee, cacao, rice, fruits, and vegetables will be grown and animals will be raised for fish, meat, and poultry.
