There's no place like home. After discovering teas from around the world, we're happy to come home to an American classic: black tea with lemon. In fact, iced tea is an American invention, first served at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. Our recipe calls for fine black tea from Sri Lanka, a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of cane sugar. Everything is organic and just a tad sweet.
It was refreshing after a long hot walk through New York City.
